Rolf-Juergen Bruess - CEO
Juergen Bruess is Chief Executive Officer of Autotxt. Juergen has over 30 years
of experience in the communications, semiconductor, consumer and automotive industry.
During the last ten years he held executive positions in multinational engineering
corporations and smaller innovative technology companies. He served as senior corporate
vice president at Siemens Semiconductors, CTO and senior executive vice president
at Mannesmann VDO and Chief Corporate Officer at Oasis Silicon Systems. Juergen
has also been involved in many restructuring and innovation projects worldwide as
an independent consultant. He has started and managed more than 10 new engineering
design centres around the globe during the last 15 years. Since December 2008, Juergen
has been CEO of Autotxt.
Sean Morris - Director of Engineering and CTO
Sean Morris is the Director of Engineering and the Chief Technology Officer. He
has 25 years experience in both the automotive and aerospace industries. Sean has
worked with several large automotive companies. Most recently he spent 6 years
as Chief Engineer of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Aston Martin where
he was responsible for the complete electrical / electronic design for the Aston
Martin Vanquish, DB9 and V8 vantage.
Ian Tyson - Production & Quality Manager
Ian Tyson is the Production and Quality Manager of Autotxt and has
22 years’ experience in both the automotive industry and telecommunication
engineering industries. For the past three years Ian has been responsible
for the quality and production of our hardware portfolio through manufacturing partners. Ian
also led the Test Strategy and Development Team for the UK Operations division of
GECPlessey Telecomms/Marconi.
Chris Telfer - Director Sales and Marketing - Commercial Fleet
Applications
Chris has many years experience working in the Transport and Logistics industry
providing advanced transport optimisation solutions to some of the largest haulage
businesses in the UK. Most recently Chris was the Managing Director of a tachograph
analysis and resource management solutions business. He was responsible for the
strategic introduction of integrated transports solutions and winning major new
business. He has spent his entire career in front line sales and business development
roles based on exceptional customer relationship management skills. Chris will be
focussed on developing new business by proving the unique capabilities of the Autotxt
FLEET solution to reduce costs and improve efficiencies across transport operations
of commercial fleet operators.
Fiona Planterose - OEM Channel Manager
Fiona Planterose is the OEM Channel Manager at Autotxt and has over 10 years experience
in both the automotive and aerospace industries. As a trained mechanical engineer,
Fiona is responsible for developing relationships with automotive manufacturers
and their suppliers.
